Zelensky should get what he wants & he should decide WHO benefits from the minerals/resources Ukraine has to offer through a mutually beneficial relationship. If the US wants to benefit from Ukraine’s resources, we should offer something they want/ need, not destroy it & exploit the carcass.

If we could hold appointments, why didn’t we start when he nominated drunkards, known security threats, and extremists to lead the country?

Yeaaah, same. I need to develop better coping mechanisms or I won’t survive the next 4 years.

To be fair, for the majority of Americans, the loss of Tik Tok is their first taste of the loss of Democracy. Soon, they will make the connection and understand the dark implication.

Like signing the stimulus checks that people needed after HE did his best to destroy the economy during the pandemic.

Happy you’re here. We can all virtually group hug.

Well, let me know if you find it worth the trouble. Maybe I’ll give it a second go.

I tried to finish the second book, but couldn’t. It was just sooo… meh. And not meh as in, merely ok, but meh, as in simply not interesting.

I didn’t think I could be more concerned for our future. I was wrong.

But if you’re 1930’s Germany or 1990’s Venezuela, you let them run for office, where they refuse to relinquish control until they die.

I’ve found the best and worst thing about IG is the connection to IRL people.

Yes, and even more to the point, it is the tip of the iceberg of everything this man doesn’t know. “America, you’re in danger girl.”

Depends if it’s the sake of more than one fuck. If it’s the sake of a whole lotta fucks, after. Just one? Before.

I really wish it mattered. Of all the appointments, I fear his will have the most significant consequences.

To be clear, I had to google the countries in ASEAN. To be MORE clear, I am not being screened for SecDef.

Every time I try to watch it, I have to shut it off when the GOP Senators get the floor. Their groveling and unashamed hypocrisy is so gross and infuriating. I’m so angry with AND embarrassed by our country right now.

I know. And based on what little I saw of his hearing, all of his non-answers were pretty clear answers. God help us.

There is no strategic/security reason we should take Greenland, as it is a NATO ally, UNLESS you have plans to leave NATO. Which, of course, is incredibly frightening.

I loved Halo2 for many reasons. But the multiplayer option enabled me to play with my brother. Both in the military and on different continents, we’d play double team for HOURS. Finishing Legendary campaign with him is one of my favorite memories. To this day, we play system link on holidays.

What happens when the military is hit with similar interviews? What will prevent it from morphing into a MAGA gestapo?

I hope you find another platform. I enjoy your content. And as much as I like BlueSky, a lot of your charisma will be lost in text form. There’s only so much emotion you can convey with a character limit.

Dems are like Brits in the Revolutionary War: arrogantly standing in line, facing the enemy, marching slowly, presumably like gentlemen. Meanwhile, GOP’s in the trenches & trees, throwing rocks, stooping to whatever level to win. If Dems ever want to win again they need to change their tactics.

Taking away coverage for mental health is an odd move for people claiming mental health is the ONLY reason we have a gun problem. It’s… it’s almost like they WANT a gun problem.
