Sea Grant work helps coastal communities become more resilient to disasters, promotes sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, and contributes to healthier coastal ecosystems for all. In 2023 alone, a federal investment in Sea Grant of $94 million resulted in $828.3 million economic benefit.
