I don't think so. People think of Ireland as a place with friendly people. You've just destroyed the brand by showing that you don't value people: not your own people, not other people as social beings.

As someone in Europe, but of course. And in the US, a country whose economy was built from the start on exploiting the many for the extreme wealth of a few, "illegal" is a construct that makes it easier for corporations and unscrupulous people to exploit others. The US needs their labour.
