Taking away the citizenship of millions of people is a declaration of war, that needs to be made clear and understood. Nobody should accept such tyranny. States should be prepared to defend the citizenry from any tyrant that tries it. This is one item that is nonnegotiable.

The US is stupid for having Supreme Court judges for life. When judges are identified as liberal or conservative they no longer have the impartiality needed to dictate the law or justice. The supreme court should be filled similar to jury duty drawing from a rotating national fed & state judge pool.
