Religion and education split interesting. White evangelicals as usual massively over-represented and mostly vote Trump.

Mainstream journalists will just call this a “stunt” and tit for tat for Trump attacking media. These are the same journalists who let Trump lie without consequence and never hold Fox News to account for lies either. Even after Dominion. Glad to see SOMEONE trying to bring truth back to democracy.

Clearly News Corp do not have “near zero” influence on the Australian public, indeed on the Australian media too. If the research you’re citing to make this claim is the one that says News Corp’s editorials haven’t led to Liberal victories, that, I’m sorry to say, is simplistic rubbish.

Wouldn’t it be nice if journalists acknowledged this rather than reporting everything he says as fact?

And am I allowed to criticise those journalists for falling in line, and in doing so abdicating their responsibility to serve the public?

Even with the problem you highlight, journalists are still doing what they’re doing. They can all be in the wrong at once!

Plenty to back it up if you’d care to take a look. Stop yelling at people and actually listen to their concerns.

Why does it have to be one thing or the other? Election interference and suppression of voters is part of the same phenomenon as Trump’s war on truth. You’re just lashing out at people who want the truth - they have a right to fight for a fair and transparent democratic process.

He seemed surprised to be confronted because the Republicans live in a scrutiny free bubble where they can say and do anything they want and still be elected. MAGA has no accountability.
