it still makes no sense bc the eo is unconstitutional everywhere but scotus has a hard on for crippling the power of the judiciary and a judge in a red state may be less likely to say the order is unconstitutional than one in a blue state

no, but like for example a judge from Maryland giving a ruling/injunction on a case against the executive order in md can’t have that ruling apply in like Wyoming

it was more so about the ability of lower courts to impose nationwide injunctions on this order and not the order itself, so basically scotus didn’t comment on whether the order was unconstitutional but said judges can’t impose a nationwide injunction against it and it has to be case by case
