Yes, that is the intent of the messaging. An update would fix CT and permit it to work with our new SDK, but its license prevents updates/fixes from anyone but Cyan

Unfortunately CT is no longer maintained, and we're introducing new (highly demanded!) features to Udon that aren't compatible with CT
This would necessitate an update to CT to accommodate, but CT isn't maintained. CTs license prevents VRChat (or anyone, from my interp) from forking, so we're stuck
