wasn't this guy already the president of the united states just like 4 or 5 years ago for like 4 years?
now, in this scenario, he is firing lots of federal employees which might lead to such problems as "the guy that signed the contract not being there and nobody else is there"

As voucher programs expand, they worsen. In states with universal voucher programs, more of the public monies go to students already in private school and to wealthier families.
