i think the only "old athlete" thing that makes me sad is how scarred and misshapen my knees are. i don't even remember what they looked like before the surgeries and wounds. if i could go back in time i would take a picture of my knees from like junior year of HS. just so i could remember now.

Did T Th F last week. Last week doing takedowns. Finally found some things i like in a gi (one grip [collar or sleeve] and then drop and grab the matching knee) that kinda work off of my collar tie propensity. Also attended belt promotions on Saturday Emotional and so many black belts old and new!
