The rosella bush near the house has been going very well indeed. A good spot out of the way of the winds. Lots of developing flowers. The heavy rain/wind the other day split a branch off. OTOH, I now have a heap of cuttings to get started for next year (and most of the bush is still happy!)

Its early. Its cold. The Oodles are balls of fur on the couch. The HWB isn't doing much. I think its time to go to bed and listen to some Old Time Radio episodes of Nero Wolf or something, and maybe put the AC on to heat the bedroom for half an hour. 3C yesterday, 10C tonight, but feeling the cold.

Re-reading Nox Dormienda by Kelli Stanley. Wish there was an audiobook version for 2am lstening - as long as it wasn't *deleted* *deleted* AI voice crap. </RantON> Machine learning has a place. Properly used its a good thing but so-called 'AI' does not IMO except in a few cases. </RantOFF>

Met a wee spood today! This is a male bold jumping spider. They’re my favorites among the spiders I see near my house because they are adorable, they visibly respond to your presence and make eye contact with you while they’re doing spider things, and they’ll crawl on you without biting.
