Very small! When I was diagnosed, there was also a BBC reporter who’d had an AC so much more common than you might think.

I also had an acoustic neuroma, which was removed at the Hallamshire, and have been deaf in one ear since.
What an amazing neurology department they have there - we are so lucky in Sheffield to have it.

I read this article shortly before walking up Greystones Road to a 40th birthday party in freezing temperatures 😂

Every runner who signs up will get ✨BAGS✨ of support, from a training plan designed by incredible Sheffield PT Laura Hollywood to team runs, a top and a goody bag.
You only need to enter the race and commit to raising a minimum of £100.
Let’s do this! 💪

This is a small Sheffield charity specialising in giving the gift of top-quality, diverse live music to children from birth, so the money raised makes a massive difference.
ConcerTEAMies (see what we did there) is still recruiting for its first-ever half marathon.

Such a shame!
Lots of runners heading out to do at least part of the route though

Ooh you should, it’s quirky/cosy but the coffee is good too.
I’ve only eaten (wagyu croissant) at Cawa so will add that to my list.

One of them - I keep quite the list.
This was at Hygge in Fitzalan Square after a long run, it’s the perfect place to collapse afterwards.
