Born in 1955 and raised in Chicago. Went to Villa Nova in Pennsylvania. Then went to Catholic Theological Union in Chicago before earning a doctorate in canon law from the Pontifical College of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome. Sent to Peru in 2014 by Pope Francis.

He was born and grew up in Chicago in 1955. Attended Villanova in Pennsylvania and then got his his diploma in theology from the Catholic Theological Union of Chicago. Between then and 2014 not sure. But he was sent to Peru by Pope Francis in 2014.
