I kind of get into it here but I’ve detailed it elsewhere on the newsletter. The only U22/DP slots after this season will be occupied by Jake Girdwood-Reich and Marcel Hartel respectively. Pfannenstiel’s contract is up at the end of ‘26, they simply can not miss on any signings this summer.

Adding another lukewarm #AllforCity take re: Olof - 1) definitely the easy way out. In hindsight, an unfair hiring/firing (poor resume, disparate stylistically, but also injuries to a roster with ~0 depth). Kinda wonder if Lutz and Olof misled each other, even.

Edu Löwen went 90+’ for CITY2 in STL tonight vs traveling to CO. There’s a lot of things to criticize the #AllForCITY staff/FO for but this isn’t it. This is one of the most difficult situations in all of sports. Right now, when we see him on any field, we celebrate & support.

Many thoughts on this (as I’m sure the rest of the fanbase does). Klauss and/or Becher (preferably both, IMO) need to start. Neither has been clinical - at all - but they both offer physicality, Klauss is defensively sound, and Becher offers something over the top/in behind. And they can link. 1/4
