Individual Education Plans…. These are plans to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special needs…. These are mandated by federal law but with Trump trying to extinguish the Department of Education who knows what’ll happen.

They can’t do anything to her - Supreme Court Justices are there for life - but they don’t need to, since she almost always gets outvoted by the 6 conservatives on the court. (Also by their own logic, Justice Thomas was also a DEI hire; they had to find a Black man to replace Thurgood Marshall).

I’m not a fan of this Supreme Court but to be fair, don’t they have to wait until a case works it’s way up to them? Problem is, even if they do rule against this power grab, so much damage will have already been done.

Ranked choice voting would be one of many excellent reforms that could make our system more democratic. So let’s work for it. But until then, we vote within the system we have. The choice was binary. Sitting out helped no one, and voting for a 3rd party helped no one. #genocidedonald

That's a good point, but reality is even worse that that. The Supreme Court just upheld the Tik Tok ban in a unanimous decision... Yet somehow Trump gets to keep it operational? The road to fascism may be lined with dance videos.
