I spent the better part of an hour on the side of a lonely rural highway in New Mexico with this lonely tree filming (FINALLY) the opening to my upcoming YouTube series. It was high winds and thus more dramatic and challenging than I expected but worth it. I’m really excited to make progress! 📸

On my fitness quest I’ve learned that I need to eat WAY more than I normally do- and need about 3x the protein I’ve been having. I’m very lean but have been gassing out lately and I’m learning about my protein needs and getting into nutrition more seriously. (Anyone have an opinion opinion on Huel?)

I've been doing CrossFit, and it has been amazing- I suffered trauma that hospitalized me half a year and almost killed me. I have been fighting to get fit and strong for years, and now I'm seeing breakthroughs and really upping my fitness levels. I never thought I'd be able to jump rope!
