It's a very successful war on porn by the right, that is aided and abetted by the left (or vague middle) and their disgust and terror of dark, adult, extremely common sexual fantasies. No one is willing to fight for that, and so we lose more and more ground

One of the fatal problems with Unitary Executive Theory is that 'unitary' goes both ways in practice. If the President is the supreme & final authority on all executive issues, then any official who can claim to be carrying out the President's will can usurp a bit of that supreme power for themself.
