I read Sunrise on the Reaping first 😂 I'll probably want to re-read it now that I've read TBOSAS, since apparently there are a number of references in there that only make sense/make more sense if you read TBOSAS before SotR

Finished this one two days ago and immediately watched the movie... then the entire Hunger Games series.
What a fantastic story, brilliantly twisted and engagingly written to describe not defend the development and actions of an incredibly selfish, evil, power hungry man. #booksky

100 pages in, and the complex interplay of poverty layered with the district system is an interesting one. watching the Hunger Games we know from the original trilogy evolve from its very early days is very interesting.

2/ I've been working with this client now for 2 months, and I absolutely love it. I'm able to help support their goals, as well and provide my 2c on anything they ask. I absolutely love being able to share my knowledge about finances <3

I don't entirely disagree, however I also don't entirely agree! It's complex - my salary is decided by the feds and isn't something I can negotiate or change (at least without getting a raise... but hiring freezes make that kinda hard!) BUT greed absolutely means that all essentials go up in price😡
