I’d been invited round an agent’s to hang out (almost friends) and I kept trying to mention things from books I’d read but I couldn’t remember them or was getting things muddled. I’m so upset by replies I got about chronic fatigue. One person even said “It’s chronic fatigue not motor neurones or something proper.” How do people still misunderstand CFS so badly? I’m “lucky” mine just makes me need to rest + not be able to walk far. Some people with CFS can’t feed themselves.

I get smell induced sinus pain and the entire order of new clothes for my daughter reeks like diffuser oil or something. I really hope it comes out in the wash because the smell is all over the house and I keep getting awful sinus headaches. 😩
