Both recent SCOTUS decisions further executive power to the detriment of general citizenry. They acted as though DOGE was a solid, established Constitutional agency deserving deference. Both 6-3 with the usual pro-Trump majority acting as right-wing ideologues.

@josebeentv.bsky.social Absolutely crazy is right. But other autocracy experts predict fights at the top of autocracies. If Elon "defeats" Trump, that's way better than the reverse. My hope is that a cult-leaders' followers become very demotivated when their god-king is disgraced.

Am hoping some major decider in the June 14 logistics screws up totally. So the parade must be postponed for years or cancelled. That person should be apprehended, brought to Court, and given the "DOGE Medal of Accomplishment" for saving us many tens of millions of dollars, otherwise totally wasted.
