Jordy says 12 plugs are being added, so that would surprise me to be "real V4" because as I understand it they will be doing 8 plugs per cabinet. Also the timing feels off, I think we're some months away from American launch.

in a way it would be surprising to start in Europe, they even said as much as the start would be in US (and first planning procedures have shown up online) then again the "funny" thing is that IN THEORY they have a lot to offer in Europe thanks to the amount of 800V vehicles on the road here..

In fact, EV drivers, especially non-German residents who don't have easy access to the major networks' proprietary apps and subscription pricing in Germany, risk paying a lot more. Some charging networks charge other operators up to €1.13/kWh for roaming! Diesel is almost always cheaper.

the way German politics works is usually when we read "leaks" like these it's pretty much settled.

"The German automotive industry as a whole is also attempting to reverse in electric mode: it has presented a 10-point plan to postpone, water down, weaken, undermine, regret, delay, reduce, replace, backtrack on and ridicule European CO2 requirements on new vehicles." bsky.app/profile/jaap...
