I'm going to get this for my daughter for her 26th birthday this weekend. She loves you, she loves Ron, and she loves woodworking... if you're ever looking for an apprentice in the Los Angeles area, Maddy Isbell is chomping at that bit 😁

I give tens of thousands to several good banks nationwide annually. I'm on the Feeding America Hunger Council. I'm a T1 diabetic of 45 years. I have helped feed kids in my local schools for decades & know well the programs that exist & what the nutrition is. Fuck off.

Pizza is carbs, fats & proteins. All essential for developing bodies & brains.
Bananas hold a wealth of nutrition.
Even the sugar they may get in the Big Gulp is essential if it's their only meal or one of very few in their day. It's not my fav, either. Let's not lose the + by looking at the -

I'm not a fan of the Big Gulp, but it is what it is.

It's a franchisor, so most are owned by individuals, same as AM/PMs.

When that guy raised his hand so close to the end of every class, none of us held back our audible groan 🥴

And I know there are plenty of them that are. That doesn't mean there hasn't been violence aimed at Jewish students on campuses who aren't involved.
Are you saying there hasn't?

I'm afraid you are correct 😞

I apologize, I thought you were applying what you said to the act of violence that took place in Boulder as that is what I thought this post was about.
You're right, in the broader sense, standing up for Palestinians does not equal antisemitism. Acting against¹

No, they wouldn't. Netanyahu has made it clear his only goal is to destroy Hamas & he is doing at, literally, every expense, including human life. Anyone who believes he will stop even if all hostages are released is not paying attention.

Throwing objects lit on fire at human beings peacefully protesting Hamas continuing to hold Israeli hostages is not "standing up for" anyone's rights. It's hate aimed at a group that has nothing to do with what Netanyahu is doing.

If it happens? I'll be cheering right alongside you.
Meanwhile, I'm running for local office in CA & my twin will be in Kansas, too. Both as Dems. It's the best I can do. She's fully Dem. I'm registered as one, but see myself as having no party because none of them are doing well, IMO.

there is no moving forward with trying to achieve a basic level of conversation. Him telling me to "fuck off" because he doesn't even want to get where I'm coming from proves you are both ignorant & immature. So, it isn't surprising birds of a feather flock together in this thread.

Not really. He literally proved exactly what I've said. None of you can sit down & gain perspective & understanding of you can't leave emotion out of it. I agree with where you're coming from, but if you're still thinking blocking someone who isn't doing 100% of what you expect from being elected¹

Ah! Admirable, but quite the pipe dream.
My bad.
I hope people, women specifically, like De La Cruz, continue to fight their path forward & don't get discouraged.
We still won't see it in my lifetime, I'm betting.

You voted for Jill Stein?
I'm sorry your understanding is so skewed. She literally sat at a table with Putin & you're going to try to lecture *me* about oligarchy? Yeesh. Have a good day.

We live in a country that currently accepts & wants only 1 of 2 parties. I am 51 years old. This is how it has been since the beginning of our Democratic Republic created by the Constitution of the US & I don't see that changing in our lifetime. We are the "leaders" of the world & can't even accept¹

administration by helping an exponentially more evil, corrupt, helpful-to-Netantahu one get elected? You have no right to wag a fking finger in my direction simply because I come at the discussion with reason & knowledge & don't use "genocide" every other word. Have a good day.

of where I stand & how I get to that.
The fact that there are a few hundred thousand Americans who do not get that we had 2 choices in Nov 2024 is annoying to me, but it is what it is. I know why we ended up where we have. & more those who thought they'd stand on moral high ground to fight an

I don't expect everyone's respect of my opinion, just like I am incapable of respecting theirs. But I can learn where they are coming from, which leads to gaining perspective.
I haven't done anything other than discuss in pieces where I'm coming from. You literally have less than 1% understanding

It isn't my problem if you're going to be focused emotionally (which is understandable) during a discussion without recognizing the *decades* involved in global political arenas. I have the capability of separation of the emotional with the reality.
Again, it doesn't mean I like what's happening

I offer this to all of you who don't realize what's happened as a result of Trump being voted in.
Not 1 has taken me up.

I don't disagree. Do you think I somehow approved of the support? Simply because I knew Trump would be as detrimental as he's turned out to be?
People did what they did and we now have to live with the consequences.

I'm informing, not blaming. Just like you're trying to do.
People didn't take the time to see what people in Gaza wanted. Period. The oh-so-smart-&- mighty American idiots just decided a guy who flatly said he wants to level the place BEFORE he won would be a fine alternative. & here we are 🤷🏼♀️
