There is no candidate that has any amount of fighting chance in that riding. It was wonderful with >80% of the vote.
You could run Jesus in it and he would still lose if he was under the Lib or NDP banner.

Land lease community - the land holder has the right to do an appraisal of the land value every 5 years and raise the "rent" accordingly. Land value was assessed at 216% higher and property management company (now fired) didn't let us know for half a year, so we're basically in rent arrears.

Unfortunately my trip is now over but I loved it! Singapore especially is clean, beautiful, easy to get around, and the food is phenomenal.
If only it weren't so disgustingly hot 😂

Definitely doesn't help that prize splits are really really bad. If they made Capcup 1st place 250k, 2nd 100k etc so that top 16 actually gets a reasonable amount more people could reliably play as a career.
