At the same time blue states need to utilize their state governments and legislatures aggressively because the federal government fully intends to wage a soft war against their economies by enacting disproportionate immigration policies. Working as a coalition is the best way to go about this.

I saw a video that someone posted on Substack (sorry, don't know his name) but I like what he said - when the guard is out, go home. When they are withdrawn, go back to peaceful protesting. If they are deployed again, go home. And so on and so on. That way no one plays into trump's script.
