I went to Home Depot this morning to get a replacement bulb for the microwave under light, and, of course, bought plants. Just finished getting those in in this stupid 100 degree temperature. Now, just killing time till Pilates (which allows me watch my neighbors’ yard get scraped).

In the case of his dad not knowing Nicholas: his dad texts me this morning and say he’s has something for him that he’d like to give him in Vegas at his bball tourney but it’s too big for his carryon. If your giving a 15 yo something that big, you may not know him, as is the case here.

Doing a change management training this morning. We had to take a survey before hand about how we handled change where all the questions had answers centered around that we blamed our coworkers or that we thought we were the awfullest things ever. Never any ability to adapt.
