Erstwhile Republican and unapologetic Never Trumper. I love the Horned Frogs, the Gunners, and the US Constitution, not necessarily in that order.

Sorry UK, but if you can’t keep him off Sky, don’t send him to us! Trump may deserve Neville, but the rest of us don’t!

Robbie Mustoe, Robbie Earle, Rebecca Lowe, Tim Howard deliver interesting commentary every week with no bias and no clown show. From the moment Neville appeared, he didn’t fit in. He offers nothing valuable, just garbled and biased crap. The “Arsenal regressed” is the most notable but is typical.

I may be too late and this is more comment than question, but it can’t be overstated how badly Gary Neville embarrassed himself on US TV. We are used to great commentary, not former stars with no brains. From the first moment he opened his mouth, I was shocked by how terrible his commentary is.

Phil you are great after the game but a beating during it lol

They should worry more that we want Bellingham ;)

You are the easiest “mute” I’ve ever come across

Like the Wolves 🤣

Got to hand it Liverpool fans for creating straw man arguments. Try to enjoy the ride instead of bothering others.

Disagree. Arsenal has spent a ton for Arteta. Glad our board didn’t cripple our ability to do business this summer by spending a fortune on a sub optimal player.
comment in response to post
They got byes. Wait you’re talking about Champs League right?
comment in response to post
It was a simple and reasonable point. We are at the thinnest of margins. But to respond, your first example is 3 people; the answer to your second question is Troussard; and the answer to your third question is Setford (who is as good as anyone else’s third goalie). Lesson: 3 is better than 2.
comment in response to post
Yeah but what if Trossard is hurt? We are down to the thinnest of margins.

He was wrong. The ref was wrong. It happens, and it’s OK to point it out. And to do so loudly. Particularly when there’s a pattern of shear incompetence, at a minimum.

You don’t have to break your rule. Every single pundit has commented on it, all agreeing it was a terrible call by Oliver.

Forgot about that one Moose cup in 2008. Pretty isolated. I still won’t defame Philly sports-dom by calling them Spursy!
comment in response to post
Bournemouth has 10 players out right now and are winning. Spurs no more screwed than the rest o the league! But you are a good guy to try being empathetic.
comment in response to post
Spurs trophies are ancient and their vibe is terrible. Don’t defame Philly!
comment in response to post
All the Philly teams have one trophies. Multiple trophies. Not spursy at all.

Wait, none of Dragusin, Porro and Spence are among your top 6 defenders? One is your 3rd CB, one is your preferred RB, and the other is a frequent starter at LB. And Udogie was fit until the second half of the last game.

Just recently walked it myself. Absolutely lovely. I would love to attend a game at Craven’s Cottage

Hope so

Who is frustrated with that??

He’d be your best option immediately tbf.

The click merchants are out in force in this silly season. Sigh.

Name the 11 players out injured “the last 6-8 weeks”.
comment in response to post
Don’t count the suspended ones lol
comment in response to post
I think your problem is that I did get it. By the way, you have 7 players injured, and Udogie went off in the 2d half of the last game. So TOT has been playing with 6 injuries. The problem is you spent a shit load on crap players and an overmatched manager and want to make excuses for them
comment in response to post
The point is they’ve battled through crap all season and are in second and not in need of excuses. The Ange In crowd needs excuses. And no one else is interested in hearing or talking about it anymore. Writers want to write about who is succeeding.
comment in response to post
lol. Just as big a crisis as anyone else. Everyone is having them. “Small club” Brentford have 10 out and are level with you. 🤣 Yet no one should write about a team overcoming injuries because TOT isn’t capable. Got it. And if you think I’m a Republican, try to improve your vocabulary.

Sounds rough. And you are losing. Meanwhile someone writes an article that Arteta finds away to 2nd, teenagers and all. And you can’t understand why that’s more newsworthy 🤣 Sounds like one thing we agree on is #AngeIn
comment in response to post
Without Saka, White, Havertz, Sterling, Tomiyasu, and Rice hobbled and can’t start. This after Odegaard has missed half the season, and Zinny, Timber and Califiori huge chunks as well. We’re starting 2 teenagers. And in second place. Not in the bottom half and whinging.
comment in response to post
Yes because one club has a deeper squad that the coach is creatively managing to successful results, and the other is Tottenham.
comment in response to post
See this is an article about OVERCOMING injuries with squad depth and creative managing. That’s why it’s not about Spurs.
comment in response to post
We got the long rest last week when others were doubled up. Everyone is getting the same number of games in the same number of days so I wouldn’t sweat about it.
comment in response to post
I didn’t say anything about Howe. He has a good squad and is a good coach. But the Arteta bottling stuff is pure garbage. It just is. He rebuilt a team and a culture and put Arsenal in the position they are in today - UCL and title races. Time will tell what that turns into ultimately.
comment in response to post
If you think this you are clueless. Arteta inherited a mess similar to Ten Haag’s and he has built this club back from scratch. Finished second twice to a bunch of cheats and the team is still young and getting stronger. If you like Howe, great. But your Arteta take is garbage.
comment in response to post
Tough spot for LFC though. If they give long term contracts they could find themselves financially handcuffed when Salah and VD start to decline.
comment in response to post
If he’s smart he returns to Sporting tomorrow.

My whole Arsenal feed is full of Liverpool fans obsessed with Arsenal. It’s relentless. Relax and enjoy your great ride.
comment in response to post
No, they are tied. Christ you guys are obsessed with Arsenal. Enjoy your great team lol.
comment in response to post
Rent free. It’s hilarious. LFC is absolutely killing it; most in form side in the world. And you are all on here talking about Arsenal. lol
comment in response to post
We are dealing with a child here.
comment in response to post
Exactly. The underrated part of Arteta’s legacy is how quickly he assessed the squad and got the club to cut the dead weight, absorb the cost, and invest in players who accept his nonnegotiables. None of that was easy. Some of our “fans” still can’t forgive him for cutting their favorite malcontents.
comment in response to post
Why are you on here talking about Arsenal? lol.
comment in response to post
Because it was arrogant and disrespectful for Haaland to say that to an opposing manager and former Man City coach. Now he himself is being reminded the importance of “staying humble.” Get it? See how that works? It’s not hard to understand.
comment in response to post
lol, nailed it. The only thing incorrect in these posts is the description of Man United as “upper mid table.”
comment in response to post
Because we didn’t have to play Thursday/Sunday last week. We’ve had a nice break.
comment in response to post
Except they don’t have a game in hand over Arsenal or Chelsea at the minute.
comment in response to post
It’s impossible to open this app and not finding Liverpool fans talking about Arsenal. That’s all they seem to do.
