orgs don't have the capacity to fulfill. with SAC at IPL i am struggling very hard with a small team to make the content we want to make - and this is meant to be "the big splatoon org". so i would love to do more and see more happen, i just don't think it will overnight - one small step at a time

for sure, just baby steps first - vods / multistreams are an easy first action to take towards better reach, then more will follow once those platforms are established in my mind. a part of the problem is also just that aside from streams, other prod things are very demanding on staff which most

next, we should look at creating a directory for viewership across orgs!!! consolidating the information of where to watch and when in the form of a sheet with links or a website would be a godsend

of course youtube's algorithm may be unfriendly so your viewership might be terrible (IPL's sucks 99% of the time), but even putting our content out there (while it's live) is a huge step to tapping into an audience that knows of and is interested in us, but has no idea where to look

this is such an easy fix! this plugin is free and lets you stream to multiple sources at once:
