Three is that you cannot give him attention unless you need to. For him, any press is good press. Do not repeat his lies and misinformation. Intentionally or not, repeating these lies, even to debunk, gives them legitimacy and reinforces them. Speak the truth and only the truth.

Two is that you have to be vocal about hating him. Visibly and audibly. He reminds me of JK Rowling. If you are quiet, he assumes you support him. Wherever he goes, show up and show him he does not have support. Signs in your lawns, middle fingers, doesn't matter. Just be visible.

One is that if he is trying to piss you off individually, do not respond the way he wants. Smile, laugh and/or ignore. No matter what he says. He's looking for a reaction.
