If CBS pursues litigation instead of settling,it is likely 2 prevail &has reasonable grounds 4 money judgment against Trump 4 frivolous suit/abuse of process since Trump won the election & CBS has 1st Amendment rights (the same rights that means so much 2 Trump but only when it’s his speech).

For a US president 2 continually call citizens belittling names(eg, Comey&Stephanopolis)&threaten 2 sue news orgs anytime they report things about him he doesn’t like is an outrage but even more so when your last name& looks can just as easily be belittled& own behavior draws lots of litigation.
