I remember one time we got it back from one woman, and she said, I thought it should be black. She had covered everything in black paint.

A group of artists I was with did this with a drawing. Every time I got it back, my work had been covered up!

I was surprised how it tied into feminism. Women don’t do anything, why would they need pockets? Even today my husbands pockets in jean are at least twice the size of mine.

Thorny, yes! I picked these up on sale, and didn’t know if they would survive harsh conditions. I’m so pleased.

They don’t make it as far as Newfoundland. They are shown in Georgia, but I have never seen one. I’d love to spot one! 🙁

It says about a lot about GA when no one (except Ossoff) in a position of power pushed back on this terrible idea. It took private grant money to stop it.

I discovered this account on YouTube, and thought of you. Georgia Herping! I was glad to learn how to identify my local snakes.

It’s wonderful that a wild place has been saved, at least for the moment. The mine would have produced a material to put the white in toothpaste!!

We passed a bike shop that had used old wheels/spokes to design a sign for the store. All painted black. Cool.

We have been spending time up here for the past 17 years. Atlantic maritime summers are the best. And the people here are wonderful.
