If you want free open world, I recommend Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves. Those are Gatcha games though :/

Elden Ring is open world, its $60 though but its a solid game. Difficult too. If you have ever been interested in Dungeons and dragons, I highly recommend Baldur’s Gate 3. It’s a turn role playing game and you make your own character
