Yep, you're officially the bad guys now America. For clarity, Israel started a war based on their typically robust claims that "Iran is weeks away from a nuclear weapon"- Claims they've made since 2008. You've now involved yourself in aggression against a country that didn't start the fight.

This is sensible policy. I know the LNP were aghast at the unrealised gains proposal but it makes sense as SMSF's aren't just an individual's. Transferring business real property into an SMSF allows generational tax avoidance. This closes that inequity between master trusts, industry and SMSFs
