We were looking at moving from XD to Figma but for the smallish team we have, the cost is not feasible..
Plus they're paying for a whole CC license for me just to access XD...
Plus all our devs hate XD. Trying to save them the headache of deciphering whatever shit XD spits out.

People are paying attention more because I speak up in meetings when someone asks questions like "Why is there this much space here? Why can't we use these colors together?"
