This is obviously affecting topics but it's a heartfelt recommendation for that exact reason, the combination of a short introduction+context paired with a comic that sucks you in deep for a very short time conveys so much without ruining your entire day like reading news or other literature would.

I get almost alll my comms from social media DMs but I think if they're open and active wherever you find them there's no wrong way to reach out.
theres no way around finding an artist you like though, on here lots of artists have lists full of other artists, and lots of discords post cool art too

as a magic person who also likes FF a reasonable amount, im very conflicted on this. universes beyond is ass and as part of this new design era has almost completely killed the game for me, but also drafting this with friends might be more fun than average and i do kinda wanna open some boosters

i still have the RG zaku lying around unbuilt but having built a few RGs they are way more satisfying compared to HGs and they last you much longer too if thats what you want. def worth the price imo

bought more mangos today. If you ever wanna go on a shopping spree in akiba but don't wanna get bogged down, Shosen Book Tower is the sleeper hit. more selection and no tourists (except me)
also went bouldering at The Stone Session, absolutely amazing gym right on the river under the skytree

12 days of japan and i had a convenience store volume of One Piece and some gift models. the first 2 rainy ass hours in akihabara and a ton of restraint and I have a proper haul (and incredibly frustratingly pulled the same Gundam movie poster gacha twice)

Mori Arts Center for the observation deck and Tezuka's Phoenix exhibit, then National Art Center for the Oil Painting exhibit. didn't ride the subway once, nice and comfy day today
