This is part of the plan. They demonize and dehumanize the people showing kindness and empathy so those traits are then considered evil. Then anything we say to call on their humanity is scorned. Worked for that German guy in the 1930s...

Do not obey in advance. Make them make you do it. Know the law. Know your rights. Stand for yourselves, your communities, those more vulnerable than you. Find or create support networks for those who lose jobs, healthcare, resources.
