The only reason I even know about captionfy is because there is/was a project going on to transcribe Jerma videos and have the end result added to the channel as regular subtitles. If I had any confidence in leading a project and emailing other creators I could maybe do that with homestar

Hey, I fell into it by accident, which means you can too. I did it because I wanted to, nobody else was doing it, I asked the people in charge, and got the answer of yes. Can't hurt to ask. You think I was qualified to do this? Nope. First time. I just had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to do.
