All car prices will rise. The more expensive cars with tariffs will allow other manufacturers to raise their prices for additional profit. Maybe not as much, but they will surely want to be at market value prices

I’m sure a lot of average families had their policies cancelled too, this will ruin them. Even for the folx who are insured, it could take years to recover. A friend in Florida lost her home to a hurricane and the insurance company drug it out for 5 years while she slept on various couches
