I think my most-used admission dx codes in the ED are syncope and collapse (R55), and unspecified injury of head. If you could use external cause codes as admit codes, fall would be in there too.

When I was a teenager, I couldn't take naps because my mother thought it meant something was wrong with me and threatened to take me to the dr. As an adult, people thought it made me lazy. In my 50s? Now it's fine. It quiets my ADHD mind a little sometimes, and would have been useful earlier.
