So it's a general anxiety disorder x social phobia started at 2-3 yo. There is no healing it now, just accommodating with therapy and (maybe) meds. Not a surprise. I don't really want meds, I hope therapy helps. Gotta start searching for the right therapist +currently dealing with sinusitis 🤧😵‍💫
