Casey Means *is* a doctor; she earned an MD. She is *not* board-certified; she dropped out of her residency and isn't even board-eligible. She *did* practice medicine, as a resident. She did *not* practice medicine in her "functional" 🙄 business in Portland. She *is* licensed, but it's inactive.
