Tesla should sell FSD and provide insurance with FSD. That way your insurance is free with any FSD purchase, as it has “low accident rate”, and is “totally safe”. If you are in a car, operated by FSD, why would it be your fault? For the Robotaxi, who provides the insurance? Owner is not driving.

Why are aircrafts allowed to cross the flight path to the runway? Imagine crossing an airport and looking at the runway instead of the direction planes are coming in to land. These are experienced pilots. If anything, they are flying into civilian airspace and use more caution.
