Prosecutor by day, professor by night, writer by, uh, let’s go with twilight, reader and gamer when I probably should be sleeping. Highly upset at being currently stuck in this, the clearly worst timeline. Posts best read in the voice of Sterling Archer.

“Toward” is a little optimistic. We’re there. Now we have to get back out.

The irony is that this pic could also double as a lineup for witnesses given how the suspect has a total cop look and vibe.

I mean…have you ever heard him talk about literally any topic? Because you’d immediately know that the answer is no, no he does not.

Um, General?
What is it, Lieutenant?
Uh, well, we’ve received another cease-and-desist letter.
More leftist singers whining about us pirating their music, probably. Who is it now? Taylor Swift? Beyoncé?
It’s…it’s the estate of Joseph Goebbels. They said to stop using his playbook or credit him.

(narrator) Once again, Trump had made numerous promises about something huge he was going to show off, only to instead produce something far smaller and limper than advertised, showing little effort and falling asleep partway through. For Melania, this was par for the course.

Why hasn’t anyone like, staked this guy or exposed him to a sunrise and watched him turn to ash yet? Can somebody track down Wesley Snipes and give him a leather trench coat and a sword and point him in the direction of this Temu Nosferatu?

I mean…he spends months bragging about this big, powerful thing he’s gonna show her, only to produce a much smaller, limper, underwhelming reality and then he falls asleep halfway through anyway. It’s gotta be the story of her life at this point.

You know why Melania had that look that could kill on her face? How many times before has that orange corpse bragged about something huge, only to produce something far smaller, limper, and listless, before falling asleep partway through? Had to be having Deja vu.

You know, I tried watching that Hitler’s Circle of Evil documentary series on Netflix today, but it just kept cutting to the CSPAN feed of that goddamned military parade today. Same thing with the ones about the Soviet Union in the Cold War. Weird.

And here is what needs to happen, as a prosecutor: I would have seen or heard of that and immediately had him arrested. Prosecutors have the authority and duty to enforce laws against rogue law enforcement. But they don’t because they have to “maintain a good relationship” - not with this.

Currently listening to her seminal The Origins of Totalitarianism. People always trying to say “whoa, hey, stop exaggerating and comparing them to the Nazis” - it’s absolutely not an exaggeration and they are the fucking Nazis. In some ways they’re worse than the Nazis were at the same stage.

Melania - not that I particularly care about her - looking like it’s causing her actual, physical pain to applaud for him.

And just like that, they betrayed their oaths, their honor, the country and people they swore to protect, and their brothers in arms. They are a disgrace to the uniform. They should be thrown out of the military in disgrace if not given the punishment befitting traitors.

This is what I’ve been saying. The current state of the world is the product of the failures of multiple generations. This is not a “let’s get back to normal.” This isn’t for us anymore. We did this and we must stop it. For those who come after.

And so it’s started. There was already blood being shed, but now lives have been directly taken. We are at the precipice of the abyss and now wait to see what stares back into us.

Yeah there are FAR too many people here that are either too stubborn to admit they were wrong or are literally Nazis. Or both.

Oh the KGB didn’t cover their faces. Even the Nazis didn’t cover their faces.
Let that sink in. When the goddamned fucking Nazis were beating and murdering people in the streets, they were still showing more ownership of their actions than motherfucking American federal agents.

Do you know how many good, kind, beautiful people are captured by addiction to a drug like heroin and are destroyed and killed by it? And this, THIS absolute utter fuck not only survives, he credits it with his grades improving and is now the top health official in the country. Fuck this timeline.

I mean, you’ve got what is for my money the best big city in America - Chicago. Second City. Deep dish. The blues. CM Punk.
Yeah I have no issues with Illinois, although much like my state of Ohio, some of those rural residents are…willingly ignorant and misinformed. But we gotta keep fighting.

I didn’t think you were limiting it - apologies if I gave that impression - I more meant that if we give that statistic, those people will all give in to bystander syndrome and try to say “well, ME not voting didn’t matter.” Everything you’ve said is on point.
And sadly, I’m from Ohio. I apologize🤦🏼

1. Well played. I snort laughed.
2. I would not feel even a fraction of the same sympathy I felt for that puppy.
3. I in no way support eugenics. But can we just stop these people from ever RAISING kids? Like, if they procreate can we just accept that them being role models is child endangering?
comment in response to

I wouldn’t even limit it to them. Because like the pie chart above shows, like 89 million people didn’t vote. So if we say “oh 100,000 people” then all those people will be like “but I’m not in THAT 100,000 so it’s not really my fault; my vote wouldn’t have mattered.” Nope. All of them can own it.

Oh, police violence is both part of other problems and a whole fucking problem if its own. And I say that as a prosecutor who works with police every fucking day - and while many are good people trying to do a fucked up job the best they can, many more are exactly what we’re seeing.

Exactly. Gerrymandering suppresses votes that are cast by compacting them so as to minimize the number of electors distributed to a candidate.
But the margin in the 2024 election was so thin that if even half, even a quarter, of non-voters had voted for Harris, no gerrymandering could change it.
comment in response to

And while you and I and people here are pointing that VERY OBVIOUS FACT out - you would never know it by the way the MSM has covered it. So it’s either 1. intentional omission or 2. such stupidity and lack of ability to make basic observations and connect them it shames the name of journalism.
comment in response to
post
This is a situation where you are both right, but to varying degrees. Yes, gerrymandering and other measures are utilized by the political class to shift voting margins.
But by simple mathematics and knowing this is a functionally two-party country, anything not a Harris vote led to this. Period.

Yeah, I’m not going to lie: I know that many if not most of the flag officers and joint chiefs are conditioned not to defy the president, but…I imagine there are very few of them who wouldn’t be happy to relieve this worthless motherfucker of duty (at the least).
comment in response to

Yeah, I’m not going to lie: if you are either taking part in or attending this clearly authoritarian dictatorial grotesque display of power, and lightning strikes you dead…I’m going to lose zero sleep over it. You diced with death over a stupid decision and lost.

We do. And I hope that doesn’t change. But it’s worth remembering what it took to get that right in the first place.

Yeah, this fucker - listen there are a lot, A LOT of pieces of shit that deserve bad things to happen to them in this regime. But this fucker - I can’t think of anything, no matter how brutal or vile, that I would be sorry to see happen to him.
comment in response to

That’s the thing - there’s not all THAT many of them. Mostly it’s him, and Hitler before that - the rest of this circus are just the soulless power seekers who gravitate to them. Yet somehow, even after ALL of the documentaries and books and films about the Nazis, we learned NOTHING.

Or, alternatively, just trap her in a corner and expose her to a UV heat lamp, at which point about 90% of her will either melt, evaporate, or turn to ash. I’d probably stake her anyway, just to be sure, but I’ll leave that to the expert vampire hunters.
comment in response to

But that’s just it - unless they voluntarily back down and accept the consequences of their actions to this point (which there is zero indication will happen), a civil war IS the only way to stop it. People want to get “back to normal” - that’s over. It’s done. This is for those who come after.

A former heroin addict and current roid-rager missing portions of his brain due to a worm eating them is either wrong, lying, or both about medical information that could literally kill off waves of children? HOW INCREDIBLY SHOCKING IN THIS REGIME!

In his head, which is the only world he accepts, apparently there was an Iranian Empire. He’s also liked and supported there by people who really mean it. Rather than here where he’s literally a Hitler who has used too much tanner to grow stupid facial hair.

“The whole country is our property.”
Did…did anyone tell Noem, who literally just yesterday said her gestapo was fighting socialists in LA, that those same gestapo have been collectivizing private property ala the communist Soviet Union? Might be some crossed wires.
