Peas! Peas! Oh wow I have not been able to grow peas for the past seven years, I think, and they are SO GOOD straight off the vine. The bunnies tried to do them in, but once I fenced them off, they recovered. Next year I need to grow at least twice as many. 1/

My air purifier light turns different colors, depending on how bad the particulate matter in the air is. I've seen it go purple before when I took the covers off the throw pillows to wash them because they were giving me allergy attacks. It's purple now, trying its hardest. Nope. #CanadaWildfires

It says something about me - I'm not sure entirely what, but mostly that I'm a sysadmin nerd - that my reaction to excess heat in my office is to go, "Oh, I need a fan at the bottom of the window AND the top of the window, so I can intake cool air in the bottom, and exhaust warm air up top." 1/2

One of my 3 apple trees has decided it's having a moment. I'm going to have to thin these or I'm going to end up with broken branches in a few months. Ridiculous tree! Alas, the cherry tree did not love all the rain we got while it was flowering, so we're not getting 2 gallons like last year.
