Not to mention the death of the manual transmission in American cars.

Both my kids spent 8 years at the elementary school at which I teach. I would shout “Daddy loves you!” as loud as I could down the halls whenever I would see them. 8 long years of that.

I have no fucking idea where this concept comes from. No one likes to talk about their feeling more than progressives. Including progressive men. We just don’t have to go on a fucking retreat and manufacture performative hardship to do it.

I understand. I’m on your side. I use it as an example of how AI is trash. I get a lot of garbage papers but I know my 8th graders wrote them.

I teach 8th grade. At the beginning of the year I show a paper generated by AI. I tell the students if I suspect their paper was generated by AI I will run it through chat gpt with the following prompt: Give the attached paper a D. Justify the grade with multiple examples using the following rubric

“Full throated”. I see what they did there.

I really think a lot of people did. They misremembered what his four years were like. A lot of others are just trash people.

How the fuck millions of Americans forgot the chaos and destruction this dolt brought to our country during his last term is beyond me.

I was thinking the same thing. Not sure why anyone would bother to come here to be honest.

Disagree. Ten episode seasons. Five seasons of severance is the equivalent of two seasons of lost episode wise. Dense storytelling. No filler episodes. A planned out story arc. Can go 4 or 5 seasons and maintain quality

My family and I were driving down the highway and saw a van swerve and topple over landing upside down. We rushed out to pull the elderly couple out of the wreckage. Bleeding from her head the woman looked behind her and was worried about some papers that escaped her car “my papers”.

Mattel electronic racing and football for Christmas and Sears Telegames pong. Both late seventies. Still going strong.

That was always the problems with groundbreaking shows like Lost or Heroes. There was a ton of filler episodes. Good ideas got watered down and spread out.

I don’t remember any of them asking musk that question.

I think it makes a big difference having to create just 10-12 episodes per season vs 23 episodes per season.

Yep creepy photo of father presenting his frightened children to known pedophile.

I can’t decide if I like the creepy covers or not. I think I do. And the show I think had gotten better with each episode. So I’m in for the long haul.

Ah name calling. The last vestige of people without any facts to back them up. And Trump didn’t win with a majority by the way. He won with a plurality. There’s quite a difference. Grow up.

Ooh. An unsourced set of survey questions which have nothing to do with the original post.

I teach 8th grade history. I make sure my students know what this is.

So many Americans don’t care about history they would have no idea what this is in reference to.

If I asked chat gpt to write the dumbest fucking story it could about Trump in the style of the onion this is what I’d get. Holy shit. Is this even real?

Nope. Republicans live in a constant state of fear. They would destroy themselves.

I know. They’re more expensive now than they’ve ever been. He was supposed to take care of that in day one.

Which is why this doesn’t matter. None of it does. It’ll be whatever they are told is important. The price of eggs. The price of gasoline. Whatever. The TikTok thing will be long forgotten.

I use AI as a threat to my 8th graders. I tell them if I suspect they’ve used AI to write one of their papers for me I will predetermine a grade of D- and have ChatGPT grade the paper with justifications for that grade. And then I give a live example of it. It’s easy to spot an 8th grader using AI

I like all of those games. And COD. And NBA2K. And I’ve been playing video games since 1977.

Time prints 52 issues a year. The fact that they do one issue a year on a current disease or health threat makes sense. Not sure what your point is.

You seem to think you can shame a Trump supporter. You can’t. They don’t care. They were these things proudly. And then deny they are racist. I’m done correcting them. It does no good at all. They don’t see it and they never will.

Don’t worry there’s a grift in there somewhere.
