It's great that liberals voted in a way that could theoretically help other people in this one election.
When push comes to shove, liberals will almost always choose their own personal comfort over the material needs of others.

Liberalism gets shit from leftists because it's a conservative ideology driven by the personal comfort of the individual instead of the needs of the many.
It's the ideology of maintaining the status quo, since the status quo is from where powerful, wealthy liberals draw their power and wealth.

Nothing I love more than laying down with my partner, making sweet love, getting right to the moment of climax, then hitting her with the Grover.

I can see Dead Outlaw being a bro show. There's one woman in the cast because, to be fair, women didn't play long roles in the titular outlaw's real story.
Really good show if you ever get a chance to see it, though.

This is a great write-up of Elmer McCurdy's life and afterlife. I've been fascinated by this story for years, so as soon as I saw a musical based on it, I knew I had to see it.

How would his policies hurt your chances at the midterms?
Because theyre popular and would show Americans that better things are possible and the Democratic party has been lying the entire time in an attempt to thread the needle between the needs of their constituents and desires of their donors?

The core motivation of liberalism is personal comfort.
Trump, in his boorish behavior and how he completely invalidates the notion of meritocracy, harms that comfort. It's the only reason they care.

Man, WP, you really gotta make your propaganda more subtle. This is OANN level faff.

The 13th amendment specifically carves out an exception for prison slavery.
The wealthy are nowhere near treated to the same legal system as the working class.
Either you are naive enoughtruly believe this or are lying. Either way, you shouldn't be in congress after a statement like this.

You can support AI, or you can be an artist. Can't have it both ways.
Goddamn shame she moved to the AI side.

Damn straight. This court order is words on paper. The executive has a bunch of armed goons ready to dole out violence against anyone they deem lesser.
Guess which one wins.

Why? Because some court told them to?
The Trump admin has moved beyond caring about courts and pieces of paper telling them "no."
Nothing can stop fascism but overwhelming force.

It's weird how every time someone starts gaining political power in the US saying this kind of stuff they commit suicide by being shot to death by cops or other assorted fascists.

One of these days Democrats are going to learn the GOP are fascists with no sense of shame, and anything less that overwhelming force will be meaningless to stop them.
I mean, by then, you and I will be sharing cots in CECOT, so it'll be a moot point.

One of these days liberals are going to figure out laws are just words on paper and enforcement is all that really matters, and boy will their faces be red.

If you want to understand liberalism as an ideology, look at it's core motivation:
Immediate personal comfort.
Liberals want to be able to ignore politics and go back to brunch.
Find a liberal espousing a weird view? Find how that issue affects their personal comfort and it'll click into place.

The capitalist owners of the press and and political elites have wanted to crack skulls in streets for decades. They just don't like Trump on a personal level.
They aren't speaking out against it because they don't want to.

We need to find a middle ground between extremes. You need to compromise. Now which races of children can we deport? Pick at least three or you're a communist.

Musk has stated he believes he's the world's main character and everyone else is an NPC, which is a glowing red flag for sociopathy. This is completely in line with that line of belief.
