Es war ein Scherz. Viele haben ja gar nicht die Möglichkeit zu delegieren und gehen dann in ihren Aufgaben unter. Daher ist die Eisenhower-Matrix für viele, die keine Möglichkeit haben, in einer Führungsstruktur oder mit ihren eigenen Mitteln zu delegieren.

Einfacher Tipp, so viel wie möglich delegieren und sich einfach trauen, andere zu beauftragen deine Aufgaben zu erledigen. Dadurch erledigen sich viele von den dringenden Themen wie von selbst.

yes, there is L2 with trackside integrity supervision (most ETCS L2 are so, moving block is still very rarely applied) and with line side signaling for vehicles without ETCS. For example, Germany has many ETCS L2 lines with line side signalling.

Because you can “virtualize” the blocks of ETCS L2 if you can ensure the positioning and train integrity without trackside equipment such as track circuits, axle counters. The fixed blocks of level 2 are merely necessary because of the need of integrity supervision.

To be fair, der Anschluss wird durch die App gar nicht angeboten. Dazu ist noch ein Kreuzungsbahnhof gesperrt, da zerschiessen 3 Minuten Verspätung schon die Reisekette 🤭
