This was a custody issue rather than an immigration issue, though, correct?

I wonder how much of this is due to former military joining law enforcement after serving. One person we know well missed combat so much & and wanted to reenlist, but spouse said not happening. It’s a different world in which they became comfortable, so perhaps they’re trying to recreate that.

How difficult would it be to pass a law that all animal “parks, sanctuaries, etc.” in Oregon must be accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums? Higher standard than USDA certification.

My son was a military chaplain. Many of his colleagues failed to understand that they were there to meet the spiritual needs of those on base/ship, regardless of faith.

While the rest of us are counting the days until we can retire (hopefully by 65), those in Congress are trying to hold on as long as possible. It’s not about the money, but an addiction to power. If he’d left at 65, he would have had 10 years to spend full time with family. #priorities

Ask people who were members of the military on 1/6/2020 what was happening on their bases as the US Capitol was under attack. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t business as usual.

HVAC specialists do not install plumbing, & they typically don’t make $50/hr. He is correct that we need more training for all the trades, including HVAC.

As I’ve engaged with Trumpkins in my tiny circle of influence, they rant against it being corrupt. However, once they are informed about the cost to make it an aircraft that will protect Trump, they begin to think it’s not a good deal.

I don’t recall following you on Twitter, but followed you here at the suggestion of someone who follows you. I tend to engage more with those I follow if they acknowledge my comment on their post. I don’t expect a comment in return or a repost, but a simple indication that the comment was read.

My understanding is that thermostats are locked out because they likely control more than one office space. What may be comfortable for one office may be uncomfortable for another. They should just install a “dummy thermostat” so he feels like he has control.

Trumpkins will just view any financial sacrifice as being patriotic.

When my son was a military chaplain, one of his colleagues canceled a contract with a local priest to conduct mass. The Vatican contacted the Pentagon. CO was not happy. Don’t mess with the Vatican.
