If anyone loses Due Process, we all lose Due Process. There's literally nothing stopping them from deporting ANYONE to CECOT and saying "whoopsies, can't do anything about it now" if caught. You only get due process if you prove you're a citizen to the ICE officer arresting you. Good luck.

In a sense, I think we're already in a civil war, just waiting for the first shot to be fired. There is currently an existential fight for what America is and should be. To shy away from that fact is a concession to those who would see many of us executed. We cannot afford to wait to fight back.
