4. Groups. Self Found are the group of achievement players who refuse to use a Wiki or anything like that. It is a small group yes but it exists and it is one of many groups you will see when making a video game. Something to think about as always

3. Best weapons in the game. In my view, no game should ever be made in such a way where it forces players to do that. Like gear, the economy should follow as you progress through your quest lines. If you don't do that, then you make a game that is impossible to play for "self found" or equivalent

2. It is not the first time I have seen an economy in which they force the players to do a "loop" as its known. This loop involves putting all of your points in to crafting, then resetting the points when you have made enough money. It is a similar concept to Skyrim in which you did this to make the

6. Light, medium or heavy categories.. It is impossible to know if 15% is a meaningful change or impact. And last on my list is forcing crafting in to builds. I understand crafting is important but if your build ALWAYS has to budget the attribute or skills for crafting, then that is a problem imo

5. Says it increases the weight allowance for the armor categories by 15% (is my understanding of it). The game uses a weight system to determine whether or not you are light, medium or heavy. It is not based upon the individual armor (New World did this too). Without seeing the exact numbers to

4. One of the others is not having detailed skill or passive descriptions. When you are dealing with those kinds of games, you need to "min max" a little. That is difficult to do when the description is vague or questionable. Using Tainted Grail as an example again.. There is this passive that

3. Anyways.. I think that for survival/hardcore games it is perfectly fine to rely on spells or items for healing. Unless the game features like cybernetics or gene editting.. Then natural heal is fine. One of the few things I am not fine with is having extra steps involved for fast travel

2. In earlier versions of early access, it had heal spells to help with this. Then in version .9 (the versions before release) it removed them citing it was too strong (is what I read). I smell an excuse here because Elden Ring and Darksouls had heal spells and they were not a problem for balance

4. Good I am, or how much I try to help.. I will always lack the necessary prestige to get attention to issues like AI. That is a sad thing to say because we are at a point where all of this is a safety concern.. AI, Tech and the others. So I can only hope that Vanity Fair or the others try to

In today's society, its all about names and followers on Social Media.. Not your skill level or knowledge from what I have seen. I fall under this category. No matter how

2. Any attempts to fix these issues are met with crickets. Part of the reason for that is simple. Over time, Experts and Specialists have abandoned the US for better opportunities in EU and Latin America. What little remains is not enough to have a loud enough voice to be heard by the government or

Hello :) Oh this.. Yet another dumb thing to add to the list. Did you see the last one about the open carry change? It became a meme because you could carry a Sword with your Gun. En Garde!

Unfortunately my health is failing much quicker than I expected for my age so I may have to retire soon but I am not sad about it. I still have time to help

5. Something similar for Restoration in ES 6. The problem with both Oblivion and Skyrim was too many spells and not enough automation OR spell duration. I could see Restoration at Skill 100 getting a Hammer specific passive where every hit is swung with +20 Strength and that can go over the cap

4. 50 Frost, Electric, and Fire Shield. IE 50 Armor, and 50 Resists. Illusion would be a similar. At 100 Illusion Skill, you gain 70% Chameleon when sitting still. This would ensure Chamelon is more for Archery and Shield is for people building more of a Battle Mage in #elderscrolls . I can see

3. Micromanagement. Much different than say World of Warcraft. So back to Elder Scrolls.. Shield was WAY too strong in Oblivion and I think going forward, the balance to it would be forcing it to Clothes only AND making it part of the Alteration passive tree. It would be level 100 and give

2. Some games have broken this mold. One of many examples I can think of is Vanguard. In that MMO, the Cleric (Healer) was a hammer and shield like most Clerics but, their healing was automatic. The more they attacked the more they healed their group. This made it more about combat than

3. What I would change if I were a Game Tester for ES 6. I couldn't fit it here but I would bring back Shield from Oblivion.. Only replace plain shield with the Elemental Shield and change it a bit. I am not certain how to do that yet but here is everything else in this picture. Thoughts?

2. Hammerfell and Highrock.. At least according to cryptic posts by @bethesdastudios.com and various Reddit posts. If it is returning to these areas then it will be an area where the 9 Divines are viewed more favorably than other regions (according to certain posts or lore). Knowing this, here is

5. Have to look but if my memory is correct.. DAOC was more popular than Everquest in the later years. Initially it took some time to gain a foothold over EQ. It did it though. Something to think about. Ending thread and linking this to show how bad en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:...

4. A realism slider in place of turning enemies in to "damage sponges".. If you wear plate, you are weak to crush. If your enemy wears plate, they are weak to crush. I think this is possible to achieve while still being popular.. After all DAOC was one of the most popular MMO's of our time. I would

3. Using Platemail made them weak to crush damage. Chainmail made them weak to Thrust but resistant to crush. This meant they were weak to any class using these damage types in PVP. So coming back to the Elder Scrolls example in which they up the damage and health.. I think games could implement

2. Work. DAOC utilized a Race/Faction system that defined your class. Albion was your typical Arthurian legends which featured Armsman and Paladins with Platemail. Hibernia was a nature faction which used Scalemail. Then finally you had Midgard.. Nordic pantheon and all that. Paladins/Armsmans when

3. A 31-44" Blade (80-111cm). So Short Swords are a useable stealth weapon. I would say push 20-24" on the blade to ensure the weapon connects well in all circumstance. And last thing I would say to add.. Make sure you add Maces as a Stealth weapon.. For undead. That is all for today

2. Regardless of the circumstance.. I would recommend skipping Daggers completely and go with Short Swords. Medieval historians are always debating but typically a dagger blade is 12-20" (30-50cm) while a Short Sword blade is up to 24" (60cm). This puts it just below a Long Sword which is

5. One other example that comes to mind is Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon. There is a special resource you need for identifying items and doing other things. You get a reduction in that resource cost, in the passive tree where the closest thing to Alchemy is. And that is a fine setup too. End thread

3. A "patchwork job" and going to a physician. Or it should be support. Example in Outer Worlds 1 I think it was? There was an armor mod to increase healing. Using your skill to enhance that would be nice to see. Though Starfield was not great, it did have something like that in the armor mods

2. You can craft. In both cases, Alchemy is not worth the time. And it shouldn't be that way. All skills put into a video game should have a purpose.. Especially the ones that are time consuming to level up. That said.. I think Alchemy (or medicine if futuristic) should be somewhere between being

4. As far as what I would change.. I completely forgot that some of the bonuses of heavy is reduced weight for mastering it. I don't like that all. I would do something else like chance of deflect or perhaps better damage reduction during blocks. Then make the weight of Heavy no more than 50 total

3. I am referring to the 1st picture. That with gauntlets, some additional arm and leg plates is as far as I would go for fantasy design because it is not only more realistic but for player modeling it looks better. Watching Plate Mail bend to the player crouching or running is so weird to watch

2. If I say Cuirass or Plate Mail, then I am referring to something like this (Metropolitan Museum). See the difference? This one has additional armor strapped to it.. Plates connected to the waist area, should plates, etc. When I said I would change Heavy Armor to a Breastplate with Chainmail
