Someone follows me. I don't know them, but I guess that is OK. They have zero posts. Perhaps they are shy. They have zero replies. Maybe they don't have a lot to say? Their profile picture - a selfie in a mirror - reverse searches to other profiles and sex posts. Is it extreme for me to block?
