It is WILD how they'll be shipped from overseas to the transhipper, then to me, days in the bag at this point, and come out ready to eat. Like of course they're hungry, but usually fish are too stressed to eat IMMEDIATELY. Not these guys. They're ready to go, and I love that about them!
